Tonight, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Emergency Rally for Palestinian Hunger Strikers
Come out and stand with us in UNION SQUARE, NY as our brothers and sisters in Israeli Dungeons are on their death beds DYING 2 LIVE. Some are on their 70th day with no food or water and are at risk of dying. Israel routinely jails Palestinian without charging them with any crime and denying them a fair trial or access to a lawyer. Anyone can be jailed by Israel for no reason other then Israel wanting to have maximum control on the daily lives of the Palestinian people.
Location: Across from Wholefoods, 14 St., Union Square.

Weds. May 9, 6 p.m.
Rally in Solidarity with Locked-Out Sotheby’s Workers
For almost ten months, Teamsters at Sotheby’s have stood strong against the company’s attempts to starve the workers into accepting the destruction of their union. Please join these brave workers Wednesday, May 9th at 6pm as they protest at Sotheby’s last major auction of the season. *Wear your union colors!*

No Cops! No Hikes! CUNY Convergence Against Police Repression
On May 2nd, 2012, peaceful students and faculty experienced unnecessary brutality on the Brooklyn College campus. Brooklyn College President Karen Gould ordered for students to be violently removed by campus security from outside of her office in a main academic building; two students were wrongly arrested, spent a night in jail, and face unsubstantiated charges.
Location: Hunter College, 695 Park Avenue.

Thurs., May 10, 6-8 p.m.
Occupation 101 Film Screening
A thought-provoking and powerful documentary film on the current and historical root causes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Unlike any other film ever produced on the conflict — ‘Occupation 101’ presents a comprehensive analysis of the facts and hidden truths surrounding the never ending controversy and dispels many of its long-perceived myths and misconceptions.
John Jay College of Criminal Justice, 445 West 59th St.

Sun., May 13, 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m.
Mother’s Day of Action on Police Brutality
For a city where no child is stopped and frisked, a country where no mother is deported, a world without war.
