The parade was in fact a great success.  We handed out 2,000 Know Your Rights pamphlets re encounters with the police.  I think we easily could have handed out more.  People were very receptive.  And we made a lot of important contacts as well.

This could not have been done without the hard work, enthusiasm and dedication of the following people:  Nicole Rochat, Julie Fry, Laurie Dick, Joanna Hinkley, Ron Schneider, Margaret McClean, Magnus Mkuro, Shannon Stallings, Courtney Bryan, Rebecca Turner, Ivan Pantoja, Allison Jordan and Andrea Gordon.   I want to take this time to thank all of them.
